Travel in Second Life: Watercolors from Maison de L'amitié

Maison de L'amitié, or House of Friendship offers a dramatically rich landscape. Dark grey and purple skies with sheets of Aurora Borealis yield to an occasional meteor shower. Gently falling white snow realistically drifts on the land to good effect. Just the right number of softly lit pines with strings of white lights work so well here. The monochromatic approach to landscape design and decorating makes this standard parcel seem far bigger far bigger than it actually is. This is a spectacular winter landscape, and a highlight of the current winter season in Second Life.
